Mail Metrics announces two strategic acquisitions

Adding €12 Million in annual recurring revenue. Positions the firm for major roll out into the UK. Employee numbers reach 100.

Mail Metrics (, one of Ireland’s leading specialists in Outsourced Customer Communications has announced details of two important new strategic acquisitions that will rapidly accelerate the growth of the business, adding €12 million in annual recurring revenue, expanding its footprint in Ireland and positioning it to become a significant player in the UK market as employee numbers reach 100.

Mail Metrics has purchased a majority share in its long-term commercial partner Persona ( the Dublin based provider of secure printing and document management solutions to companies in the financial services and government sectors. Separately, and with operations in Bangor, Northern Ireland and Edinburgh, Scotland, Mail Metrics has fully acquired Forth Communication ( For thirty years, Forth has delivered complex and demanding communication solutions for some of the largest financial services, utilities, health and government providers in the United Kingdom providing Mail Metrics with a solid platform for expansion in the UK market.

Mail Metrics is actively seeking to add to the personnel in both firms as it manages the growth in demand for its services. No financial details of the deals have been released. Following the acquisitions, the Mail Metrics Group will be led by Nick Keegan as Group CEO.

Mail Metrics typically works with firms in regulated industries including financial services and healthcare where the emergence of digital channels, greater compliance demands, and increasing costs to serve, are changing how large entities approach the management of their customer communications.

As a result, Mail Metrics handles millions of business-critical, regulatory and customer communications each year ranging from renewal notices, claims correspondence and healthcare information to general customer communications.

Mail Metrics, ranked 15th in the Deloitte Fast 50 Awards, now employs 100 people between its operations in Dublin, Bangor, Edinburgh and Warsaw. Blue-Chip clients include many notable financial services companies and government organisations. Its 40,000 sq. ft. Operations Centre in North Dublin is a secure, specialist facility for the processing of millions of inbound and outbound mail items via state-of-the-art print, mailing and document scanning technologies.
