First Ireland is one of the largest brokerages in Ireland with over 130 employed across several branches. With a large client base across many different lines of insurance, First Ireland needed a solution that allowed them contact both customers and prospects alike prior to their renewal so that First Ireland were contacting the right customer at the right time to maximise the potential for customer renewals.

What we did

Working with First Ireland we developed a solution that automated the entire renewal process. We implemented 'triggers' for customer quotation data, which facilitates a dual channel approach to capture renewals - by phone, and by email.
