Challenge
New Ireland Assurance Company plc ( Part of Bank of Ireland Group ) provides life insurance, serious illness cover, business protection, pensions and investment solutions to individual and corporate customers in the Republic of Ireland.
In 2011 New Ireland Assurance sought to appoint a suitably qualified partner to provide an outsourced solution for their mail-room to move from an in-house solution that was highly manual, time consuming and costly.
In addition, New Ireland Assurance wished to ensure that they could better measure and manage adherence to Central Bank regulations.

Working with New Ireland we implemented a fully automated solution that could ensure compliance with the Central Bank Consumer Protection Code, as well as drive costs down through automating and digitising wherever and whenever possible.
